In order to continue with their expansion process throughout the world, Porcelanosa and L’Antic Colonial are increasing their presence in emerging countries such as those fromEastern Europe. A good example of this is the recent opening of a new Showroom in Pristina lead by Kerasan, main dealer of the Spanish firm in Kosovo.
This new building is located in one of the expansion areas of the country’s capital, has a ground floor and three floors, and over 1,200 m²where the products from Porcelanosa Group’s 8 firms are exhibited. The 3rd floor is dedicated to L’Antic Colonial’s natural materials. These are300 m² where we can see the latest and most exclusive products in natural stone, parquet, laminate, and mosaics on some original exhibitors which resemble vertical walls. Additionally, in the same space there are also different settings that show how to combine these elements with the most avant-garde ceramics from Venis and Porcelanosa along with L’Antic Colonial’s bath complements (basins, bathtubs, shower trays, and furniture).
The parquet Modern Louvre Natural 27 x 189 x 1.5 and a selection of stones including Nairobi Polished Cream marble 30 x 60 x1.2 cmand Nepal Natural slate 60 x90 cmhave been used as flooring for delimiting the different areas of this part of the showroom.
It should be remembered that this is not the first showroom Kerasan sets up in Kosovo. The firm already has another exhibition space in a central area of the capital, where it allocates over100 m²to L’Antic Colonial and Porcelanosa Group. This firm is one of the pioneers in its area in supporting design and reference architecture, as is demonstrated by the three 5 star hotels in the country carried out with Porcelanosa Group materials and by the constant collaborations with the best architects from the area.
