At Cersaie together with Ramón Esteve

Cersaie, the most important ceramics, architecture, and bathroom equipment showcase of all Europe reopens its doors. From September 22 to September 26, Bologna will be the design world capital and, without a doubt, L’Antic Colonial and Porcelanosa Group could not miss this meeting.
This 2014 edition will be different for the natural-materials-specialized firm. L’Antic Colonial has wanted to work with one of today’s most international Valencian architects and designers, Ramón Esteve. His multidisciplinary firm has been in charge of designing a stand that this year has increased its size in relation to the previous year. Ramón Esteve has created a modular space divided into 4 areas, where the new bath accessories created by the designer, with L’Antic Colonial’s natural materials, will be presented.
Ramón Esteve’s firm has conceived as a sequence of monochromatic scenes, defined by material combinations of various stones, woods, and mirrors selected for their great visual effect. A visual itinerary that starts with the darker shades, using Habana Dark marble combined with the Manhattan 1L Madison parquet, to the lightest ones, with the White Andes marble combined with the Eden Texture 1L Almond wood, gradually passing through the intermediate tone marbles Tanger Tobaco and Aegean Cream, with which the visitor passes through different scenarios until they arrive to the lightest area.
Mirror walls articulate the space into four areas while they work as a background to show the bathroom lines presented as novelties. These reflecting walls fragment the space and generate an accumulation of infinite plans, multiplying the space and guiding the visitor within the itinerary.
These new accessories will be shown, along with the latest L’Antic Colonial novelties and those of the rest of Porcelanosa Gruop firms, in the stand located at Hall 26 – Stand 296B 198 of the Bologna Exhibition Centre.

Two new lines:
Faces is a line made up of 4 elements that have an interplay of intersecting planes creating various sides in common. A free-standing washbasin made of one single natural marble block, an over-countertop washbasin, and a suspended washbasin with an integrated towel rack, make up the line along with a faceted cabinet that incorporates a sink, which is presented as a single item.
This line is presented in four stone finishes (White Athenas, Creme Italia, Grey Stone, and Brown Stone) and 3 new natural wood finishes.
The Minim line is characterized by its formal purity and its simple lines. Starting off with a storage module that can integrate a washbasin or a countertop, various compositions are created that can be adapted to any space depending on the needs. Its monolithic shape stands out, completely covered in stone, which we can find suspended from the wall or standing on the floor.
